When selecting a time range while a lens is active, not only are posts from outside the time range showing up but posts older than without the time option selected are showing up as the top results.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the discussion lens then select a time option e.g. "within the last year"
Expected behavior:
Discussions posted within the last year (or selected time range), or at least discussions that are newer than without the time option, should be the top results
