Add straightforward method for right to be forgotten ("RTBF") requests

In several jurisdictions, individuals have the right to request that certain search results mentioning them be removed from a search engine via a "right to be forgotten" (RTBF) request.

Google, as one example, provides an online form to request such removals. I haven't found any documentation on this process in relation to Kagi. I suggest providing a documented, straightforward way for these types of requests to be made.

Kagi uses their own index teclis.com for non-commercial results as well as the indexes of google and bing (by paying for the results) to give people a complete experience. Question to the staff: RTBF requests made to google and bing would make the results vanish from kagi as well (unless it's a teclis result), wouldn't they?

I would have expected that third party search engine results would be cached in some way on Kagi's end. Since Kagi also heavily filters down the results, I would think that processing happens prior to the request actually being made. Either way, I think it would be good to document this information publicly in relation to RTBF. Examples of things that could be documented:

Are results from third party sources cached?
If so, for how long?
If longer than the data retention legislation allows in relation to RTBF, how does one request timely removal?
What is the process of making a RTBF request with Teclis, Kagi's own index, and TinyGem? (could even just be a link to the relevant page on Teclis, which I also could not find)
