After navigation in history on translate.kagi.com, the only state refreshed is input field. The dictionary information for the original word is not shown, translation is stale (shows previous result). The browser location URL is also stale.
I've also attempted to change the input from keyboard to force the refresh, but that did not help (input does not work after history navigation)
When any navigation happens, the displayed state should be consistent. If left pane shows "yes", translation pane should not contain result for "no". At the very least, the translation pane should be cleared.
