Issues with the new Quick Answer Button placement

Recently the quick answer button’s position was changed so that it appears on the same horizontal bar as the lenses and search filters.

This causes a few issues.

When doing any search, the quick answer button is in initally invisible. Then a moment after the page loads it becomes visible and pushes the search filters options to the side.

The quick answer button should appear at the same time as the other search elements. When it appears after the other elements, it causes a lot of visual distraction. Additionally it always moves the search filters to the right.

The new position of the quick answer button doesn’t make sense. It isn’t a search filter. It should be moved to it’s old position below the search filters.

I can't replicate this, the button shows up at the same time as everything else for me. What browser are you using?

This happens on all searches for me.

I’m using Safari iOS.

In this video you can see that the Quick Answer button shows up after the rest of the UI and then pushes other UI elements over. This is a lot of unnecessary movement that happens for every search.

Additionally I feel that the Quick Answer button location should be below the search filter UI because the Quick Answer feature is not a search filter. In the current layout you have to scroll horizontally more than needed reach some filtering options too.
