Add a toggle for Text to Speech inside assistant that automatically reads output text whenever assistant responds
This toggle should be configurable in custom assistants similar to the internet access toggle, so that a given custom assistant has the toggle disabled or enabled for new threads
Such a feature could be useful for mobile use (while using the assistant on the move, invoking it using speech to text).
