Better describe effect of "more results"/"remove results" in three dot menu

I have the expectation that clicking "More results from this site" and "Remove results from this site" correlates with the ability to custom rank domains on the Personalised Results settings pane. This does not happen. The effects of the three-dot click-through are temporary, whereas the effects of the shield click-through are permanent. I feel like three-dot click-through options should modify the Personalised Results permanently. See a screen recording for reference below.

The intent of the three dots menu options there is just as the video shows, to have a quick way to exclude or prioritise results from a certain site for that search. If it did so permanently that'd just be redundant UI. Maybe we can modify the language used to make it more clear that these are temporary options for the current search only?
