Grouping results are not always from the same website

As said in the title, grouping sometimes includes pages from different domain than the top level link.

In the attached photo you can find that the top level domain is srbija.gov.rs (a government website with accurate info), while the link underneath is from 24sedam.rs (a news website with years old info). It does appear that the domain is sometimes added after a hyphen, however I believe this is highly unintuitive as it doesn't happen in most other cases of grouping and it doesn't even happen all of the time.

Reproduction steps:

Search for "mup siv 3" with the region being Serbian
Alternatively, "policijska stanica ada" with the same region will produce a similar result, in the second image, this time even with no hyphen + domain name

Translation: mup being our abbreviation for police station, siv 3 being the building in which it is located. "Policijska stanica ada" is just "Police station Ada", Ada being a location in Serbia.

Sorry for the search result being for something in a foreign language, it is a lot easier to reproduce this way.

Expected result: Only group results from the same domain.

Hiya, this seems to be a bug with one of our upstream providers, exploiting some special cases on our end that make these sub-results exempt from our usual grouping rules. We'll implement a workaround on our end that will ensure this can't happen anymore. Thanks!

Searching for go numeric constraint shows go.dev as the first result (the official Go site; makes perfect sense for it to be first). Underneath that it shows a few relevant subpages:

Except the "Go generics cheatsheet" isn't from go.dev at all, it's https://gosamples.dev/generics-cheatsheet/, a completely unrelated site. All the other grouped results are actually from go.dev or subdomains.

The page from an entirely different site should be shown as a completely separate result, with a visible URL so you know where it's coming from.
