Extend Parcel Tracking Support.

The existing functionality is quite limited in the support of delivery services around the world.

I propose the idea of integrating https://www.17track.net/en/api to support 2500+ carriers and 190+ airline cargo across the world. A user might search with "Tracking Number GLS", "GLS tracking number" or "tracking number". This provides the user a convenient way of tracking their upcoming parcels.

Otherwise you may integrate more delivery services across the world. It would be great to learn more about which ones are currently supported.

Delivery services I couldn't find with your system:

DHL
Hermes
GLS

Do note that some users don't want the number to be shared with the service. That would require a special user setting in place.

Some APIs require the user to send their postal code and city, perhaps Kagi can find a solution for that too.

Haha, I was just about to open a new ticket because I saw the widget for FedEx for the first time. The idea of using 17track.net was also the first thing that came to my mind. If you'd rather rely on API access, DHL, for example, provides an API that can cover several services at once, including Post & Parcel Germany, DHL Express, and DHL Global Forwarding (there are others, but they're less important for private individuals). The same goes for Hermes, another major provider in Germany.

Another provider for a tracking API would be https://www.trackingmore.com/de/tracking-api. However, I don't know how expensive this API would be and whether it would be worth it (in my opinion, it would be, since package tracking is used frequently, from what I've gathered).
