I think what is happening is that the time is being converted to the us style 12 hours with am/pm and then being rendered as 12 hour time without am/pm for me. The result are some really weird opening hours for some places, like this grocery store:
Side note: this grocery store is definitely not open at midnight. This does not seem quite right

I would prefer the time to be displayed in 24h format, starting the day at 00:00 and ending it at 23:59
