Add commands to change the quality of image generation in Ki.

Seeing as there is currently no way to change the image generation quality within Ki (GPT image gen), having something such as “/quality (high/med/low)” that you could add to the end of a prompt would be useful.

The GPT image gen API supports 3 levels of quality with differing prices. Being able to specify which quality level you want to use would be useful for users looking to save money or generate higher quality images.

We now have a slash command for this! /image_gen_quality QUALITY. Valid values are low, medium, or high. Example: generate an image of a dog /image_gen_quality high
