I made a search this morning that showed no results. Zac said, on Discord: "looking on our end, in your case our upstream source didn't respond in time (we give a 2 second budget) so we gave up."
This isn't a good result for users. A simply Click to Retry message would be much better than suggesting that there are no results to find.
