Make the word 'refresh' a refresh button in Assistant response WIP message

If you're in the Assistant and the response times out, you now get this message, which is a big imporovment

But if you're in the android app, it's impossible to refresh the page without going to a different page and going back. so making the refresh word an actual refresh button would fix this issue

Although I'm not sure how many people will actually be confused and misclick the "Regenerate response" icon when they read "Refresh the page"...

but just in case, I think it's better to say something like "Use your browser's refresh button."
Of course, it would be even nicer if the word "refresh" itself worked like a refresh button, as suggested.
