It would be interesting to have an option to block all purchasing sites to curb addiction and subjectively bad results for free ads. It could utilize an AI, Kagi search by making a query on that topic and blocking all of them or it could even be crowd-sourced which I would prefer.
It could also solve the "suicide" debate by giving users more choices if they are at a happier time in their life, as I am right now even though I am struggling with depression and social anxiety. I would've never been able to write all of this just a few months ago. Medication has helped me a lot.
Of course depending on the implementation it could become expensive fast so I would accept a limit on the uses even on the $10 plan and/or willing to pay for a more expensive plan since I already use Premium for 1k queries a month.
Perhaps the scope of this request is too large so I appreciate any comments.
Example: A user doesn't want to see specific topics such as triggers or images of specific things. They can block the term "spider" and Kagi could check to see how much of the results are "spider" websites and then a system can check to see how many site-specific results contain spiders.
This also could improve local results since some queries are filled with random stores where I would never care about visiting their web page.
UI-wise it could be tied to Lenses in some way and help people that are only interested in the small web.
