dmz When Kagi doesn't render right frame it leaves 30-40% space unused. Search Example that produces this result It would be nice if Kagi can occupy full width of available space, (especially useful for videos results as they are getting cropped too early in this case)
z64 The main reason is, sometimes there is content we need to render in the right sidebar. If we didn't reserve the space, on some screens it would mean the results shifting around left and right instead when this content loads in.
dmz z64 Thanks, yeah I've noticed that. But why can't you set that area width to zero when there is no content?
z64 Sure, you will do one search and there will be no content. But then if you do a second search, and there is content, the whole thing will shift left as it loads in asyncronously, disrupting your reading
