"Remove results from this site" actually boosts results from that site

In search results press the three dots next to a result and press "Remove results from this site". For example with quora.com.

quora.com is removed from search results.

The results page reloads with the quora.com result moved to the top!

The search term was "relationship between pressure and density at altitude -site:quora.com -site:quora.com -site:quora.com -site:quora.com"

quora.com is removed from search results.

I can't reproduce this. How come you have so many -site: of the same site?
Maybe it's causing double negatives xd
