Steps to reproduce:
- Enable the Open Links In New Tab setting
- Search for something that has an instant answer above your results and/or a cheatsheet
Expected behavior:
Instant answer and cheatsheet links should open in new tab (ie. target="_blank"), and should both have rel="noopener noreferrer" like other search results.
