Brave ships a pretty nice Android search widget that scales from 4x1 to 4x2 and shows favorite sites when scaled up but still offers multiple search options in the smaller 4x1 widget. The default and non-scalable 4x2 widget uses up a lot of empty space on the homescreen and if I'm honest, I barely use Assistant and Summarizer anyways.
Kagi should collapse microphone/translate/assistant into icons next to a shortened search bar when scaled down to 4x1 to use up less space. It would be perfect if there were multiple widgets to just use the desired shortcuts (like just voice search + translate for example).
