Worryingly unrelated image search results

When searching for images of "Tristan Osborne MP", two unrelated individuals appear. The first is George Osborne — a former MP and Chancellor who shares a last name. The second is Tristan Tate — one of the Tate brothers who shares little in common with the MP in question other than a first name.

Neither, and especially the latter, should show up in search results. Kagi should realise that a search for "Tristan Osborne MP" (I did not use quotes in the search) does not relate to George Osborne nor Tristan Tate. Screen recordings below, with Google as a reference point.

I have also experienced various problems with image search, it seems like something is going wrong with the way that the backend is interacting with one of the upstream search providers. They're working on it
