Ah ok! That makes more sense then. I guess instead of "Articles" maybe something like "Related Articles" or "Related Stories" would make it clear that the results were meant to be other sources regarding the same story.
The badge at the top is what threw me off mostly; as small as it is - if I see a badge at the top of a story like 'Action' or "Trade'; the first thing that comes to my mind is multiple articles related to the tag 'Action'(games) or Trade(International/US/EU/etc). The Articles section takes up a good amount of the UI's real estate which may be another reason why I find it kind of strange.
If I'm interested in a particular story - while the initial source may not always be the one I'd prefer reading the story from, typically I'd just search the topic myself and see which other sources/outlets have posted their own articles; it's not something I necessarily would expect nor I think I would prefer to see under each story by default.
Another idea may be to just add another link below the 'Articles' link like...'More articles in Action/Trade' - or hyperlink the badges to a relevant search query . I guess the UI element sizing along with the choice to show various sources on the same topic is my suggested feedback since from your description it sounds like the news 'Articles' list isn't a bug.
