It seems like in Firefox, if you have a tab open where you're looking at a POI based on a search. And then you right click that tab to duplicate it, it'll start a search again.
Going to the url doesn't cause this, specifically duplicating it does.
(tested in chrome, and can't reproduce it there)
So if you open

for example in a firefox tab and then duplicate the tab you'll see:
