I searched for "js listen to scroll event". The first hit is a group of pages at MDN where one of the pages is in Japanese. The links point either to the en-US or the ja localizations of MDN. I don't know Japanese, so the link to Japanese documentation is useless to me.
I expect
- to receive search results to point me at pages that are written in a language I can read.
- to receive search results in the same language I wrote the query in.
- that if there are multiple hits from one website (e.g. MDN) that they are all in the same language.
