When you type something in a language that is different from the one selected, there will pop up this button letting you easily switch to the intended language. This button does not work when switching to Norwegian. I believe this may be due to the fact that Norway has 2 official written forms, and these two (Bokmål, Nynorsk) replaced the old Norwegian option.
The button says "Switch to no", but the abbreviations for Bokmål and Nynorsk is nb, and nn.
I expected the button to work just like with other languages. It appears when you type in a different language than selected, and if you press the button, that language will be selected instead.
