tadaowski Please partner with imslp. They integrated google search if you look up something on their website imslp.org If a user enters something in the search field of imslp it would redirect to kagi.com with the found documents (instead of google).
RoxyRoxyRoxy Thanks for your interest in this! We're currently working on something similar to this, though that will be something for the site in question to implement. Feel free to reach out to them and inform them of Sidekick! In the meantime if you're looking for a simple workaround, I'd personally recommend an extension like Redirector, which will let you redirect any Google queries to a Kagi query 🙂 Marking this as nofix as there's nothing to be done on our side.
tadaowski Thank you Roxy, that's fine with me. FYI: I just wrote to eguo@imslp.org. Let's see what they do with it. Dear IMSLP Team, I'm a frequent user of IMSLP and deeply appreciate the incredible resource you've built for musicians worldwide. I wanted to suggest looking into Kagi Sidekick as a potential search enhancement for the site. As someone who searches through scores daily, I've found the current search functionality could be improved, and Kagi offers a privacy-focused alternative that doesn't rely on ads. What caught my attention is that it's designed specifically for documentation and resource sites like IMSLP, with AI features that could help users find specific scores or composers more efficiently. Plus, unlike Google, it operates without ads - which seems to align well with IMSLP's non-commercial nature. The integration appears to be straightforward, and they're currently in alpha, so it might be a good time to explore it. Just a thought from a grateful user who'd love to see the search experience match the quality of IMSLP's amazing collection. Thank you for all you do! Best regards,
