Searching for a business phone number should display the number at the top of the results

When searching "UPS customer support phone number" on Google, it presents the customer support line's phone number directly at the top making it easy to find

Searching the same thing on Kagi gets you UPS Customer support links, but I then have to find the phone number in the site

Finding customer support contact info on some sites can be incredibly difficult as they often want you to just fix things yourself in the FAQ section instead. I personally struggeled to find the UPS phone number today and just went around in circles on their website. I tried Kagi, but ended up needing Google to find the phone number.

I think an implementation that functions the way Google's does would be a big help for things like shipping or financial institution customer service lines

I'm just guessing, but does Google have some sort of structured data format that businesses can use to present that widget at the right of the screen, which contains that number? Or is Google creating that itself? Kagi doesn't have that, so how can it find the right number?

kirkmc That's a good question. I would assume Google is creating it itself because I have run across several sites that go to great lengths to hide their customer support phone numbers, so I doubt they would actively just put it out there on Google, but I could be wrong on that.
