Use wikidata to show more information

As best I can tell, right now Kagi doesn't pull information from Wikidata for infobox cards. It seems to mostly have the same cards as Google/Bing.
However, it would be quite nice if you could pull from Wikidata.
For example searching for Flora Wylie Park doesn't have an infobox with location, socials, etc.
However, it could have some of that info if it pulled from Wikidata.

So, generally curious, how do you think about pulling from Wikidata?

ray When we looked into this we noticed, Wikidata would sometimes have stale data. I remember in particulat it would imply that a mayor if a town is someone who was ex-mayor (even if the switch happened months ago). Because of the risk of showing wrong information we did not explore it further since.

Wikidata can have stale information and it's probably not too different from Wikipedia staleness.

Some infoboxes (inside of Wikipedia articles) actually pull data straight from Wikidata.

I think the value of pulling from Wikidata (perhaps only if a Wikipedia article doesn't exist) would be to show structured information about topics that don't have Wikipedia pages yet. As you may know, the notability requirements for English Wikipedia pages make some topics (like an open source software) a bit harder to write an article about. But Wikidata is more open (because it spans many language Wikipedias) to more niche (less notable) content.

As such, I think it would a good addition to this search engine. And who knows, it might just lead to people improving wikidata.

Information displayed could depend on the type of entity being described (and what data is available from Wikidata); you might also want to include a link to the Wikidata page. Maybe it would be wise to start off with just a subset of entity types, such as people and/or places.
