Okay, I've got this a bit backwards: elevating forum.aquariumcoop.com does work as expected, and only adds a rule for the subdomain. I guess what I'm getting at is if I elevate aquariumcoop.com, that also elevates the forum subdomain, and if I adjust the forum subdomain back to "normal", it removes the rule for the TLD. What I'd really like to do is elevate content from the main site, while deprioritizing the forum a little bit. If I go so far as to lower it, then I do get two different rules:

But that feels a little too extreme: I don't want to lower the forum, I just want to elevate the articles on the main site.
You tell me--is the answer to just do the above? Or does this constitute a feature request that needs another look?
