Can't get to the consumption page from a team plan account

If you're on an account in a team plan, there is no way to get to the consumption page without knowing the url.
(forgot to report this apperentally)

a temp workaround could be to add a little thing could be to add something to the billing section that then links to the consumption page

with the addition of the 'usage details' nav item, this now lets you get to that page on any account type in the same place.
