Doubled-up news results

Some news search results are often doubled-up, with the same article being displayed twice over. Below is an example from the other day. I'll add further examples in this thread as I come across them.

Another recent example. See the search here (ranked by recency), and a screen recording below. It seems that news results, at least in this instance, aren't duplicated unless they are sorted by recency or by website (only recency shown in screen recording, but feel free to test this yourselves).
