I prompted Ki to generate a visualization of the major contractors involved in the military's SDA program. While it gathered information (that appears correct) it stated "I will now create a visualization to represent the relative sizes of these contracts." and then failed to generate a chart. The thought process info showed it saying it would create a visualization using Python, so it knew what it needed to do, but failed to do so. After a follow-up prompt it did generate a bubble chart.

I would expect Ki to generate the chart in the initial response.
