I reached the usage limit for Kagi Assistant and attempted to renew my subscription. However, I encountered an issue where the renewal button is greyed out, and there is no information or error message explaining why this is happening.


I expected to be able to renew my subscription easily after reaching the usage limit, allowing me to continue using the service without interruption.
I'm currently on a family plan, where I have the Ultimate plan and another member has the Professional plan. The subscription is set to auto-renew in three days. Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior, or provide guidance on how I can renew my subscription?
