Add a setting for search results column width

My biggest problem with Kagi today is that due to the small column width of search results, titles of articles, names of videos, etc. often get heavily truncated. I would love to be able to customize the column width, or just make it so that a larger column width gets used on larger monitors so that the titles get truncated less often.

This is an especially large problem when you choose a larger text size as even more titles get truncated.

If I had this capability, I would change my text size to be a bit larger since it would make text nicer to read on large monitors while still preserving the full titles of articles.

This is honestly one of the main things that is stopping my from paying for and using Kagi. DuckDuckGo has this functionality in their settings. I've tried different AI generated CSS styles to get this working to no avail.
