Consolidated sidebar for kagi assistant

This suggestion will represent @Gravecat's suggestion from that thread to consolidate the kagi assistant sidebar into a single sidebar rather than the two bars we see today. This would make the sidebar similar to how the sidebar looked in 2024, but with the addition of the thread filters in a vertical stack layout as opposed to the horizontal stack layout we see today.

The empty space you highlighted will be used in a future update for custom collections of threads, and potentially other things. The sidebar is in a bit of an "intermediate" state for now that agreeably is not optimal, but we likely won't deviate until we've realized our roadmap with it.
