On my iPhone running the latest iOS, my extension does not have any options available under the "Kagie Extension Enabled On" section. Thus, I cannot select a search engine so it does not redirect from all search engines (like some, I do need Google for certain things still). I do not have this issue on my Mac or my iPad. A picture is attached showing no options.
I have deleted, reinstalled, restarted, turned off and on, etc. in many combinations. Any advice or perspective would be appreciated.

I expect there to be a list of all of the search engines that I see on my other devices.
Alternately, I expect to be able to choose a single search engine to redirect from.
