Ultimate subscribers don't have access to 'best' mode in translate

It seems that ultimate subscribers can no longer click on the 'best' option in kagi translate. Even using the URL to get to the best mode doesn't work

I'm a Professional subscriber and also have the same problem.

Hovering over the Best button shows "Subscribe to use best quality translations". But I'm logged in; I can open another browser window and search with Kagi.

Appears to have now been resolved on Ultimate, working fine now.
