Instead of maintaining your own list of NSFW sites, you might consider using the OISD blocklist. Half of the list I gave is already included in OISD NSFW. And anyone can easily report new additions.

(The images also show YouTube videos that are completely unrelated to the search term, but this is another (very unpleasant) issue.)

Hi,
I just did a search to see if its normal for my office chair to make clunking noises, and I noticed a bunch of the results were porn sites. I presume "camwhoreshd" hasn't branched out into office chair diagnostics, so I'm not sure how we got from A to B here.

I've tried the same query in DuckDuckGo and Google, neither gave pornographic responses. So I don't think I'm being naive to some specific terminology I wasn't previously aware of? (Or maybe I am? I don't think I will look into it on this occasion xD)

In this case I'm just doing a search on my own computer at home so no harm done, but I can imagine these results being quite undesirable in some work environments.

To the Kagi development group: please prioritize this issue, since the current Safe Search behavior of Kagi is not "family friendly" and seems inappropriate for those who purchase a Family or Team plan. In fact, enhancing Safe Search to include a "Strict" setting (as is available with DuckDuckGo) would be an enhancement.

I wonder if the problem occurs more often when kagi is set to a local region such as "US", "UK", etc?

But yeah, its weird that its just pulling up completely irrelevant search results when other search engines seem to be performing much better at finding the desired information.
