On both Desktop and Mobile (Firefox on desktop with adblock disabled, Orion Browser on iOS), if you start to type a bang (like in this screenshot), a raw <a href> tag appears at the bottom, where there should be a hyperlink to the bangs documentation. I asked on the Kagi Discord and at least one other person reported seeing the same behavior. !
A normal hyperlink should appear with text "Learn more about bangs"
