Although it's uncommon, it can happen the Wikipedia widget fails to load (related to latency considerations). I assume this is what happened when you created this report, if you perform that search, you should see the Wikipedia widget on the page.
I don't think this is intended but if it is, the option to enable the Wikipedia widget should not be on the settings page if the device is mobile
