Possibly allow for an in-between with safe search for example 3 options could be provided: Safe search, Questionable content, Off
Questionable content could be the current Safe search and safe search would be much more restrictive as I have noticed a lot of things slip by the filter when testing so maybe even just blocking certain keywords might help
