I would like a setting that could make it so my default Kagi searches include an implicit AND between search terms. More and more frequently my top hits will be missing a key search term. Verbatim is too strong because I do not know the exact order I want. But the seeming default of [hills dog food] => [hills OR dog OR food] is giving bad results and forcing me to double quote all my individual terms each search.
I imagine this could just be an additional toggle on the same Search > General settings page where users can toggle default "Verbatim mode"
