Add a Swiss German language option: German in Switzerland never uses the "ß"
Mostly, the "ß" is a bit annoying, as the proofreading option always replaces it, and doesn't have an option to disable a specific rule.
When Swiss German as a target language is selected, all "ß" are replaced by ss.
