I started using Kagi about a week ago with the 100 trial results. I was pretty impressed with the search results so decided to pay for the Professional plan. I didn't have an active subscription at this point and was just on a trial.
I paid via Bitcoin Lightning on OpenNode and the money was successfully taken and my Billing page reads that I have $12 in my account balance.
Whenever I try and choose the $10 Professional plan, it just redirects me to Stripe with a $0 balance. The https://kagi.com/settings?p=account_topup page just always redirects me to a new transaction. How can I use the $12 I've already deposited?
I expected to deposit into my account using Bitcoin Lightning via OpenNode, where I would be able to use my credits to pay for the $10 Professional plan for a month.
I don't want a rolling subscription, so when I need to renew my monthly plan if I still need to keep using Kagi, I can just do another top-up for a month. This was what I wanted to trial before paying for a year of access.
