Low number of results with Chinese query

Steps to reproduce:

Set region to international. Safe search off.
Search 新发田 ( Chinese spelling of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shibata,_Niigata )
Only seeing 15 results

Expected behavior:

Getting tons of results as in Google: https://www.google.com/search?q=%E6%96%B0%E5%8F%91%E7%94%B0

VicLuo I am seeing a total of 23 results. This is 3 pages of google results. If you didnt find what you are looking for, it is likely you need to change the query.

Google pretends it has 47,000,000 results

But when you reach page 14 is actually just 134 results, and there are no more.

Would you prefer to get relevant results or to be lied to?
