Currently it seems like image search doesn't take region too much into account.
I noticed for example if you search in belgium for "geotechnica" which is a belgian company that does various ground works.
If you search it on kagi... you get random things that include the name geotechnica.
But if you search on google, you actually get pictures from the website of the belgian company geotechnica and their facebook page.
