Hi,
When attempting to add pre-paid credit for monthly billing using iDeal, the Paypal pop-up waits forever, saying it's confirming the payment to you. On your billing page, it says: "You have 1 pending payments. It will automatically expire if not confirmed by the payment provider within around 24 hours.". After one day, the transferred amount is returned (thanks!)
Steps to reproduce (on my machine):
- Navigate to kagi.com
- Hamburger menu top right "Control center" --> Gear icon "Settings"
- Now at kagi.com/settings --> Card icon "Billing"
- At kagi.com/settings?p=billing --> "Add pre-paid credit"
- At kagi.com/settings?p=account_topup:
- Radio button "Paypal"
- Amount to pay: 50 or 60
- Button: "iDeal checkout"
- Paypal popup
- Input personal information
- Select iDeal payment via my bank
- Complete steps required to do such payment
- Observe Paypal popup with animated wheel telling me I'm being returned to you when they have confirmed my payment to you
- This popup with animated wheel remains up indefinitely
- At kagi.com/settings?p=billing, observe the "pending" message
- At my bank's page for my account, observe that the amount has been withdrawn (and that a previously withdrawn amount was returned after 24 hours)
I expect the Paypal popup with animated wheel to close within a minute and for my Kagi account balance to increase when that happens. This worked well for me a year ago, when I think you had a different payment processor
