While IDN can pose a security risk (see this safe PoC fake https://www.аррӏе.com/), I think Kagi should also show the Unicode domain in addition to the encoded URL. For Russian (or any other IDN) users, the URL as it currently stands is nonsense. Adding the Unicode (with a disclaimer of what it is) would mean these domains are human-readable.
