`images.kagi.com` domain / redirect

My hands are pretty hard-coded to typing out images.goo at this point, which my browser autocompletes to images.google.com. I'm loving being on Kagi but when I want to search for an image, I always think "oh yeah it'll be 'images dot whatever'" and instinctively try for images.kagi.com only to find that it redirects me (in a roundabout way) to kagi.com — the base web search interface. This doesn't appear to be a wildcard *.kagi.com redirect, so I'm curious if it's possible to have requests to images.kagi.com actually redirect to the image search interface (https://kagi.com/images) rather than root

For folks that are used to hitting images... in their address bar, this makes the transition smoother and should only be a tiny tweak in the redirects engine 😁

So, what if image mode was selected when accessing kagi.com via images.kagi.com?

+1 for this, I do most of my navigation by browser URL autocomplete so this would be very helpful!

What is supposed to happen is that images.kagi.com (and others, like videos, news) send you to the home page and preselect the correct tab in the menu so that when you search it goes there.

Seems this broke somewhere along the way..

Would you prefer it to do the above or send you to kagi.com/images directly? (you should be able to do everything on both pages, including filters)

I also find myself constantly typing images.kagi.com as I would translate.kagi.com or kite.kagi.com and it always bugs me when it just sends me to the Kagi home page rather than the image search tab.
