Image size search broken for "Extra large" (and other categories, manual values seem to work)

When searching for images using the size parameter, it is not honored in lot's of the results.

I expected to get extra large images. What that exactly means might be up for discussion, but surely more than 220x110. (See lower left corner of attached screenshot for dimensions of one of the results)
