On Claude, if pasting text that is over (not sure, maybe 2k characters?) it is automatically attached & uploaded as a txt. On the assistant, it both lags badly and truncates if you paste long text. 
This makes it much easier to upload a bunch of code, and to read back the prompt/edit it. Right now the way I usually work, is that I copy and paste a few long code files, and ask for modifications/to fabricate something based on that context.
Right now I have to spam new lines between them to make it clear to the AI that they are separate files; and very quickly the prompt becomes very long and annoying to work with. This collapses all of that context into separate files (which on Claude you can also click to preview as well).
