The new tags pane is so awkward. It is not able to be resized and the text of the threads which is useful is now truncated. For users that do not have threads that persist longer than a day for privacy purposes this is has no real purpose.
Either let us be able to disable or at least resize it. Your current design doesn't even allow for custom CSS to overcome it (something I have had to frequently do with this tool to fix basic UI problems) in a simple way.
This is extremely frustrating to come back to this on random days and have it be different. I quit Spotify over similar pains.
Stop having the new tags pane, which uses an incredible amount of white space for separating only two different kinds of tags, be forced upon every user regardless of how many threads they have. At the very least it should be resizable to what users do need rather than assuming all users have many threads
Please consider the number of threads most users use and need rather than forcing a "one size fits all" solution which is awkward for the small use cases.
