If the assistant is going to show a colour, e.g. hex code or a rbga(...)/hsl(...), it would be nice if it could show a preview of the colour inline with the text. This could be extended further with a colour picker and what not if you click on it. Or maybe if you click on it, it will open a dialog and let you copy the colour in the format you want.

I made some quick mockups of what it could look like.
